Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 per annum (FTE, DOE)
Hours: Full-time (40 hours) and part-time considered

We're supporting a respected primary care provider in this beautiful part of the South West to recruit an Advanced Nurse Practitioner / Advanced Clinical Practitioner for a key role within their multidisciplinary team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced ACP to lead on modernising patient pathways, supporting autonomous clinical decision-making, and enhancing care delivery across a progressive, community-focused practice.

What you'll need:
· NMC/HCPC/GPhC registration
· MSc in Advanced Practice (or equivalent)
· Independent Prescriber
· Primary care + minor illness experience
· Confident in managing full patient episodes autonomously
· Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
