Practice Nurse, Wakefield, £22.00-25.00ph
Dream Medical urgently require a Practice Nurse for a GP surgery in Wakefield, our client is looking for cover for various dates in December and January, they can be flexible with days and hours.
You must be competent in covering the following specialties:
Chronic Disease Management (COPD, Hypertension & Diabetes)
Travel Clinic.
Child immunisation.
Seasonal Flu clinics
Health Education & Advise
Patient Forums
Quality& Outcomes Frame work Clinics to meet targets.
Cervical Smear Taking
There are excellent hourly rates on offer and this role is for an ongoing period.
