Experienced Practice Nurse to join friendly GP Surgery team in King's Lynn.
Flexible hours per week.
Experience in the following is desirable:
• Chronic disease management (Asthma/COPD essential, others desirable)
• Knowledge of Quality & Outcomes Framework (QOF).
• Knowledge of CQC requirements.
• Practice Nursing in a Primary Care environment.
