Advanced Nurse Practitioner ANP
Hemel Hampstead
Part time locum
Dream Medical is currently working with a modern GP surgery in Hemel Hempstead who require a hard-working ANP to cover Monday to Friday throughout December. The shift pattern is Monday 08:00 - 18:30 then Tuesday Friday 09:00 15:00
The ideal candidate will be able to see patients of all ages and home visits. You will be an independent prescriber with minor illness and chronic disease management experience.
Requirements:
- NMC Registration and pin
- V300 prescribing qualification
- Minor illness experience
- Enhanced DBS
