**PART TIME ANP/ACP REQUIRED FOR A BUSY GP SURGERY IN LEEDS**EXCELLENT SALARY**NHS PENSION**
Dream Medical is seeking an enthusiastic and positive individual to join a friendly clinical team as a qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner at a busy GP Surgery in Leeds.
Interested applicants will currently be an autonomous practitioner working independently but also have the ability to work in conjunction with other health care professionals. You will have a Minor injury and illness qualification and the ability to maintain and monitor high standards of care.
Responsibilities will include assessment, diagnosis and treatment of acute presentations and referring to other members of the primary and secondary health care team
Requirements:
NMC Registration & Pin
V100/V300 prescribing qualification
Proof of immunizations
Up to date CV
Minor Illness etc
As well as a competitive salary the other benefits on offer include:
22.5 hours / week
5-6 weeks annual leave + bank holidays
