**Locum Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Triage shifts in Greater Manchester**
Dream Medical are working with a surgery in Manchester who are currently looking for a Part time Locum Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join their team, days and hours can be flexible.
You will be working as part of a team alongside GP's, Nurses and healthcare assistants. You will be required to answer the triage phone and arrange appointments for your self and GP's.
Requirements:
Knowledge of Chronic Disease Management
The care of patients presenting with undifferentiated health problems
Child and adult immunizations
Cervical Cytology
Spirometry
Diabetes
Asthma and COPD monitoring (Desirable)
Family planning
Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
Emmis Web experience
V100/V300
Be fully up to date in terms of clinical updates, immunizations and vaccinations
